Boot camp is a tough work out for all adults age 18+. We combine
cardio, core, upper and lower body strength and conditioning using a creative variety of exercises week-to-week. You'll
never know what to expect! We also have a scale to measure body composition and weight from week to week to map out progress.
The workout concludes
with a recovery drink and banana and a dietary challenge for the upcoming week!
All exercises are "go at your own pace." Most exericses are timed
and you can choose your weight or modify the exercise as need be. It doesn't matter if you run marathons or can't even run
to the bathroom, you will get an awesome workout in your own comfort zone.
